We are all well aware of the dangers of drinking water that is contaminated with fecal matter, but what many people don’t know is that water that is clear, that has no visible signs of pollution, could be quite the different story.
One type of water that is commonly found in the United States is used for drinking. Often called ‘clear water’ because it is not colored, it is clear. But what if you have to drink plain white water? One thing that has been known to happen is that water that is clear may contain a high level of toxic contaminants such as heavy metals and pesticides.
A few years ago, the EPA estimated that 20% of our drinking water is contaminated with heavy metals. The reason? It was originally used in the 1950s and 1960s. The heavy metals in this water included lead and mercury. Both of these substances are known to damage the nervous system and the kidneys in human beings. Of course, the only way to know for sure if you are drinking contaminated water is to drink it, and if you are, you might want to get a water filter.
The Clear2o water filter is one of the simplest water filters on the market. It consists of a water bottle, a filter, and a pump. It’s really pretty straightforward, and the filters are easy to use and very easy to maintain. In fact, I would recommend that you get one as soon as you can. The only downside is that most of the water bottle is a bit small.
It does come with a pump, but if this is part of your daily routine, then you probably shouldn’t use it much. You’re not going to be drinking it much, and you can just keep your water bottle in the fridge.
This is one of those things that I always forget to use. I had a water bottle with a filter that was great. I liked the fact that I could take it out of the fridge and use it whenever I needed it. But I found that I didn’t always use it. I took it out of the fridge, but the filter was still in there. I could just use the pump to fill it up with water, but I never got around to doing that.
I just figured that if I had a water bottle with an inline filter that I could just use the pump on the lid to fill the bottle with water.
I dont know about you guys but I don’t use a water bottle the way I used to. I use filter coffee holders, or maybe it’s an old water bottle with a filter that I have attached to it.
I was so surprised at how much my water was going into the bottle that I decided to do a little more research. The filter is made of plastic and the water is supposed to be around 100% pure. At the beginning of the video, the filter is shown with water that is only around 60% pure. After the filter that is supposed to be pure water is removed for about a minute, the water that is supposed to be pure water becomes contaminated.
According to the water filter manufacturer, this is normal. The manufacturer also states that this is because the water filter removes 99.9% of the impurities, leaving only around 60 impurities behind.
