I’m not sure I understand what the heck it’s for but it makes the most sense I’ve seen in a while. The best fridge we tested has less particle counts than the lowest efficiency fridge filter we tested, but it is also by far the most efficient fridge.
We were surprised to see that the edr3rxd1 fridge has less particle counts than the edr3rxd1 fridge we tested. Our test was done by comparing particle counts between the same refrigerator with and without filter. When the filter was on, there were fewer particles than when the fridge was without a filter.
I’m going to admit something here, the edr3rxd1 is the best fridge we’ve seen that we don’t own. The next best fridge we tried, the edr3rxd2, produced less particles than the edr3rxd1, but was also more efficient. We think the edr3rxd1 was the least efficient fridge we’ve seen in our tests, which is why we had such high hopes.
We’re going to let you know right now how pleased we are with the edr3rxd1. We are in love with it.
