I’m not sure if this is a real question or not, but I’ve never heard of anyone who has replaced their brita filter on a regular basis. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone talking about their brita filter being used more than once a month.
For the record, I use brita filters every single day. I dont know how many times Ive used them, but Ive never had a problem. But I know someone who has, and it’s a guy named Ben who posts on the forums here. He was having issues when they went out of stock and he had to replace it. Now that it’s back in he’s used it a dozen or more times and it works fine.

That is exactly what I have been saying. The brita filter is a filter. It gives you the ability to see things before they are visible to the end user. A filter is something you make up. What your filter is, is the only thing that I can see is something that is not working. But I don’t know what else to tell you, because I dont know what it is.

It is. For most of its life, the brita filter was an active filter. It was a filter that was activated by your browser. It didn’t work all the time, but most of the time it would get you some information and then you would either hit refresh or use the brita filter. But then you would have to manually change the filter to remove the information.
This is one of the reasons why I switched to using the brita filter. While some of the other filters are active, many don’t work as well. I think there are a lot of brita filters out there that don’t do what they should, and most of them aren’t actually active either.
