I’ve been using these inline hose water filters for about 6 years now and they have been a life saver. They are a little more expensive than the standard hose but worth the investment.
There are many different filters available on the market that claim to do the same thing, but we tested ours on the water and it did what it claimed to do. As long as you’re careful to use the same filter a couple of times a month, you’ll save a lot of money.
I know this may sound like a no-brainer, but we do have a few things to say about this filter. Our inline filter was made from 3/4″ diameter PVC pipe, which is pretty standard these days, but it was also designed to handle higher water pressure requirements.
I know it’s a pretty standard filter, but our inline filter did what it was supposed to do. Our filter can handle up to 5,000 psi, so it’s not the most expensive filter on the market, but it can handle a lot more pressure than the ones you can buy that are pretty standard.

So far, it seems that only the plastic hose is the issue. The hose is pretty cheap, but the filter media is expensive. The filter media has a very low density so it can withstand huge volume loads while still maintaining a very low pressure drop. The inline filter is good at filtering larger amounts of water, but only if the pressure is relatively low, and this one isnt.
This is all good news for the inline hose because, according to the press release, they will be able to get the water pressure up to 400 PSI inside the filter. That will mean a very small drop in pressure that will not affect the water flow in the filter. The only concern is that the inline hose will probably be more expensive than the plastic hose, but this is the price of doing business.
The inline hose could be a boon for homeowners because they could use it as a water hose without having to invest in a pressure-activated hose. It will be just one more option for homeowners who may not be able to afford a pressure filter of their own, but it’s a good one, and will hopefully reduce the need for homeowners to invest in a pressure filter.
One thing that could come of this is that if you want to use the hose as a water hose, you could potentially make it an automatic hose that only requires a pressurized water supply. You’d just push the hose into the wall and it’s going to do its thing.
The hose is a great option to get water into your home. It has to be a pressure-activated hose because the hose will automatically become a water hose when pressure is applied. Because the hose is just one more option for homeowners who may not be able to afford a pressure filter of their own, it is a good one.
