Now you can simply plug your dishwasher in and run it until it’s completely empty. You can then disconnect it from the water and leave it plugged into the wall and still be able to use the water filter to get the job done.
I still haven’t figured out why LGs dishwasher cleaner is so complicated. It’s actually made up of two parts. The first part is a water filter. The second part is a suction hose. In order to get the water filter to completely drain out of the dishwasher, you need to first get the suction hose to get the water through the filter. As it turns out though, the water filter is a bit more difficult than the suction hose.
The reason is that you gotta get the water through the filter first. As I mentioned above, the filter is a complex mechanism. In order to get the water through the filter, your water hose needs to be made up of two pieces. The first piece is a pump, which pumps out the water. The second piece is a hose that gets the water out of the filter. Basically, the suction hose is just an extension of the water hose.
In the video, the filter is said to be “water-to-water”, which means that you get a lot of water out of the water hose but very little water gets through the filter. The filter is made up of a series of tubes and is therefore incredibly hard to get water through. At least, that was the case in my case.
