This video contains a very interesting conversation on mindfulness. It gives a great overview of what mindfulness is, why it is so important, and how you can cultivate it in your life.

This is a very cool video. I’ve been teaching mindfulness to my friends and students for years, and I often use it to help them understand the difference between “mental chatter” and “mental chatter” on a deeper level.

We want to make sure that our Mindfulness Practice is not just a way to get rid of our thoughts. It’s a way to take our thoughts and bring them to our attention.

The practice of mindfulness, especially when performed regularly, is powerful. It is the basis of meditation and of the practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness has been used in the West in the same way that meditation has been used in the East. The difference is that in the West, the practice of meditation was developed in the context of religion, so that meditation was viewed as a religious activity. Mindfulness is something that most of us can do independently of religion.
