It’s like a filter on a phone. You can’t really feel what the numbers mean. But when we do use this tool, we are able to really feel how much noise in our world is important. You can think about the numbers, but you have to look for other things that you think are important.

We think about what our life will look like in a couple of weeks or months, but we don’t have to think about it now. It is easy to get caught up in the present, where we are focused on the things that are important in our lives and forget about the things that are not.
This is a similar issue we all face. We think about what we want to do with our lives for a few months or years, and then when we actually become a part of our lives, we are focused on what we want to do right now, but we dont have to think about it for a few months.
